Alyn Griffiths, Programme Co-ordinator
Alyn is Programme Co-ordinator for High Points. He holds an honours degree in Outdoor and Science Education, as well as being an accredited practitioner of the Institute of Outdoor Learning. Alyn also holds qualifications in canoeing, kayaking, climbing, mountaineering, caving, first aid and expedition medicine. He has over 20 years experience working in outdoor education, including time spent working for Outward Bound in Australia. He has led youth expeditions abroad to Siberia, Alaska and Norway, as well as numerous canoe trips to Scotland. His main interests, when he gets time, are canoeing and mountaineering.
Dawn Elliot,
Dawn is an instructor with many years experience working in the outdoors with a wide range of clients. She has a particular interest and knowledge in delivering programmes based around the environment and eco-adventure. She holds an honours degree in Environmental Land Management as well as having completed a graduate apprenticeship in Outdoor Education. Dawn also holds qualifications in: caving, sailing, climbing, canoeing, mountaineering and first aid.
Phil Brewer, Instructor
A qualified teacher, Phil holds qualifications in mountaineering, climbing, canoeing, kayaking and first aid.
